False Claims Act (FCA) cases

In FCA matters, Brattle plays several complementary roles: forensic analysts, to identify and trace patterns in activity or financial metrics; big data analysts, to extract and summarize the relevant information from unstructured information sources; and financial and economic experts, to determine the effects of alleged misconduct and provide expert testimony.
