Transmission Cost Allocation for Order 1920 Compliance

These slides were presented on December 6, 2024, at “FERC Order 1920 – Taking Action on Transmission Planning and Cost Allocation: Educational Session for State Energy Offices and PUCs”, a webinar hosted by the U.S. Department of Energy’s Grid Deployment Office, national energy labs (including Pacific Northwest National Laboratory and Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory), the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC), and the National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) for state public utility commissions, energy offices, and governor’s offices on how states can engage in transmission planning and cost allocation required by FERC Order 1920.
