Market Renewal Program: Energy Stream Business Case

Mr. Chapman developed and published the business case for the IESO’s Market Renewal project, which comprises the largest suite of market reforms since the market opening in 2002.

The business case was used to obtain buy-in from key stakeholders and the government, and it was also used by the IESO to obtain over $200 million in funding from the regulator.
