Energy Stream High-Level Designs

Mr. Chapman led the development and stakeholdering of three high-level design streams, including a single schedule market, a day ahead market, and enhanced unit commitment known as 24-hour optimization.

The high-level design required striking a balance between economically efficient solutions while ensuring they could be implemented. Mr. Chapman managed sessions and workshops to address specific stakeholder concerns and ensure buy-in to the project.
