Governance and Incentives for Spectrum Sharing: Dr. Coleman Bazelon to Discuss at Silicon Flatirons Center Conference

Brattle Principal and Intellectual Property Practice Co-Leader Dr. Coleman Bazelon will speak at the University of Colorado Law School’s Silicon Flatirons Center “Frontiers in Spectrum Sharing” conference, which will take place virtually September 9–10.

Dr. Bazelon will join the “Frontier Justice – Governance and Incentives for Spectrum Sharing” panel on Friday, September 10 from 8:30–9:45 a.m. (PT) | 9:30–10:45 a.m. (MT) | 11:30 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (ET). Panelists will discuss topics such as valuing competing spectrum uses, incentivizing government and commercial users to share spectrum, and techniques for resolving coexistence conflicts efficiently and quickly.
