Associate Dr. Margaret McKeehan to Moderate Transfer Pricing Debate at NABE Symposium
Brattle Associate Dr. Margaret McKeehan will join the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) Transfer Pricing Symposium, which will take place virtually on July 20–21.
Dr. McKeehan will moderate a transfer pricing debate on Wednesday, July 21, at 10:15 a.m. (PT) | 1:15 p.m. (ET). The debate will cover two topics: whether the definition of permanent establishments should – or should not – be any different for California tech firms than it is for any other type of company; and whether income approach analyses for the valuation of intellectual property assets transferred between a multinational corporation’s affiliates should generally employ a limited, finite useful life.
