Mr. Fortino specializes in corporate finance and valuation analyses in a range of settings, including investor-state and commercial disputes.

He has worked on numerous damages estimation cases, conducting complex valuation analyses across a range of industries – with particular expertise in energy, transport, and telecommunications infrastructure – in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Mr. Fortino has additional experience in contract renegotiation of long-term infrastructure projects.

Mr. Fortino has testified on damages before tribunals set up under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration.
