He has also worked on antitrust and follow-on cartel damages cases, as well as regulation matters in the energy sector. His work has spanned across a wide range of sectors, including energy, manufacturing, mining, and telecommunications. Mr. Kamoun has assisted in preparing evidence and testimony for the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes, the UK High Court, the International Court of Arbitration, the Competition Appeal Tribunal, and the International Chamber of Commerce.
