Dr. Johannesson applies his background in economics, finance, and accounting to complex business questions and litigation, specializing in Securities Act and Securities Exchange Act litigation and valuation matters.

His litigation experience includes securities class actions, corporate valuations, and analyses of special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) and initial public offering (IPO) transactions. Dr. Johannesson has managed teams across multiple offices and through all phases of the litigation process, including assistance with expert reports and preparation for depositions and trials.

Prior to joining The Brattle Group, Dr. Johannesson was a Manager at an economic consulting firm and a faculty member at City University of New York.
