Ms. Duffee is experienced in complex finance and valuation topics, specifically those related to M&A, structured products, and early-stage companies. She has valued businesses across industries – including biopharma, technology, and financial services – and in different stages of the business life cycle. She also has experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative features of equity investments, debt securities, and complex financial instruments.
Prior to joining Brattle, Ms. Duffee worked at a boutique investment bank, advising biotech and biopharma companies on M&A and capital raising strategies. She also gained experience analyzing mortgage-backed securities at Fannie Mae.
