Pallavi Seth to Discuss Fundamentals of Trade Secret Litigation on ABA Webinar

Brattle Principal Pallavi Seth will present during the American Bar Association’s (ABA) webinar on “Fundamentals of Today’s Trade Secret Litigation: The Defend Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), Section 337 at the International Trade Commission (ITC), and More,” taking place July 18, 2017 from 1:00-2:30 pm EST.

The webinar will evaluate the various forums in the U.S. for bringing action for the theft and misappropriation of trade secrets, focusing on DTSA and Section 337 at the ITC. Panelists will address the ITC’s increasing importance as a federal forum, and compare and contrast procedures and remedies available for trade secret theft and misappropriation.

Dr. Seth’s co-panelists include Kalpana Srinivasan, a partner at Susman Godfrey; Mark Halligan, a partner at FisherBroyles; and Matthew Bathon, of counsel at Steptoe & Johnson. The webinar will be moderated by Ellen Robbins, a partner at Sidley Austin.
