Brattle Principal Judy Chang will participate in the Energy Bar Association’s (EBA) Mid-Year Energy Forum, taking place October 5-6, 2016 in Washington, D.C.
The annual event features discussions focused on the legal issues related to all aspects of energy law, as well as networking opportunities with professionals and law practitioners in the energy space.
Ms. Chang will serve as a panelist during the session, “Building Out the Future for Competitive Transmission Development: New Models, New Challenges, and What Remains of Order 1000’s Vision.” The panel will examine some of the innovative business models that have stepped to the forefront and the challenges they face, as well as the future of competitive transmission development and opportunities for improvement.
