Brattle Principal Peter Fox-Penner to Chair Panel at Aspen Institute’s 34th Annual Energy Policy Forum on the Challenges Facing Energy Providers

Peter Fox-Penner, a principal in The Brattle Group’s Washington, DC office, will chair a panel discussion at the Aspen Institute’s 34th Annual Energy Policy Forum taking place in Aspen, Colorado on July 1-5, 2010. The theme of this year’s forum is “Providing Energy Services in a Changing Industry,” and will cover topics such as climate change policy and emerging and developing technologies in electric utilities.

Dr. Fox-Penner’s panel, “Impediments to Achieving the Vision,” will discuss the challenges and obstacles that current and future energy providers are likely to face, including utility regulation, the roles of others in the supply chain, and financial markets.
