Biography
Dennis Logue is chair of the board of directors at Ledyard National Bank in Hanover, New Hampshire and a professor emeritus at Dartmouth College. Previously, he served as Dean and Fred E. Brown Chair at the Michael F. Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma and as the Steven Roth Professor at the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

His academic interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is the author or co-author of more than eighty professional papers on a wide variety of financial topics. He is a past president of the Financial Management Association and past director of the American Finance Association.

Dr. Logue is a founding director of Ledyard National Bank, a former member of ARCO’s Pension Advisory Board, and a former director of Dartmouth National Bank, Condor Technology Solutions, and Sallie Mae (GSE). He is also a founding trustee of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy Research. He currently serves on the boards of Waddell and Reed Financial, Hypertherm, Inc., and Abraxas Petroleum Corporation.
