His academic interests are in the areas of corporate finance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He is the author or co-author of more than eighty professional papers on a wide variety of financial topics. He is a past president of the Financial Management Association and past director of the American Finance Association.
Dr. Logue is a founding director of Ledyard National Bank, a former member of ARCO’s Pension Advisory Board, and a former director of Dartmouth National Bank, Condor Technology Solutions, and Sallie Mae (GSE). He is also a founding trustee of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy Research. He currently serves on the boards of Waddell and Reed Financial and Abraxas Petroleum Corporation.
