9. Good Times
The Brattle Group believes that taking time to relax and enjoy life is critical to maintaining a healthy office and quality work. We have office parties every Friday after 5 p.m. Other, more elaborate events take place regularly. We celebrate the season in December with a holiday party and get into the great outdoors with a summer picnic. Volunteer groups in each office, organize day trips, sports teams, charity events, and other functions, which help build a sense of community, fun, and camaraderie among our staff.

8. All for One and One for All
We don't consider a team as a single unit block stepping toward a specified goal. We envision it as a group of individuals pooling their insights and efforts to resolve problems or complete tasks, and that's how we approach each of our engagements.

7. Vivre la Difference!
At The Brattle Group, we strive to recruit and retain individuals with the highest qualifications and credentials from diverse origins to ensure that our mix of talent does not become homogeneous. Not only does this improve our project work, it also enriches the experience and expertise of the people who work for us.

6. Nothing But the Best
We know that providing timely, high-quality research, technical, and administrative support allows our principals, associates, and RAs to make the best, most productive use of their time. To that end, provide advanced software tools and rapid-response IT support; leading-edge methodologies and modeling techniques; comprehensive, up-to-date research support and facilities; and efficient, effective administrative support.

5. A Good Place to Get Ahead
The Brattle Group maintains a diverse training program designed to assist both the new consultants just starting out and the seasoned consultants looking to broaden their knowledge bases and cultivate their areas of expertise.

4. Your Two Cents Counts
We've dedicated ourselves to keeping a "small town" atmosphere even though our scope of work is global. In this environment, your contribution will not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

3. Didn't Know That? Don't Worry, You Will
At The Brattle Group, the challenging project work we do might be enough to stimulate and expand the expertise and skill of our consulting staff, but "might" is not good enough for us. We want to make sure our principals, associates, and research analysts have every opportunity to learn and grow. For that reason, we've set up a number of formal and informal development programs geared toward educating and motivating our staff.

2. Variety: the Spice of Work
The Brattle Group's engagements center on fourteen functional and seven industry practice areas. Each of these areas offers a vast array of planning, regulatory, and litigation challenges, requiring substantial institutional knowledge and a wide variety of analytic techniques drawn from finance, microeconomics, operations research, statistics, and business management.

1. Every Day a Challenge
The work we do at The Brattle Group is sometimes high profile, sometimes behind the scenes, sometimes short term and quick, sometimes extended and complex. No matter what the topic or issue, we rely on our staff to handle challenging, engaging tasks with confidence and skill. Notice we didn't say "routinely" handle these challenging engaging tasks. We may take on similar cases, but there is never anything routine about the work we do.
